This Refund and cancellation policy outlines the terms under which Neome users can cancel their subscriptions and receive a refund.

Users can cancel their Neome subscription anytime by logging in to the application.

If you have forgotten the password to login Neome, both mobile application and website provide appropriate password recovery mechanisms.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will not be charged for any further billing periods after cancellation.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Users who cancel their subscription within 60 days of their initial purchase will receive a full refund.

Important Notes:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and sent to the original payment method.

Neome reserves the right to deny refunds for excessive resource usage or violations of its Terms of Service.

This policy applies to all Neome subscription plans unless otherwise stated.
