Cancellations:

Users can cancel their neome.ai subscription anytime by logging in to the application. If you have forgotten the password to login neome.ai mobile application and website provides appropriate password recovery mechanisms. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will not be charged for any further billing periods after cancellation.
