Details
The admin can add a name, label, select filter tags, and description or select searchable/queryable fields in a spreadsheet.
Queryable fields can be used in reporting.
Partition
The admin can add a partition in a spreadsheet. Partitions are used to group data or make partitions in a spreadsheet.
Imagine you have an order spreadsheet with orders from 2023, and you want to group the orders based on month name. Partition helps us fulfill this requirement.
Layout
Similar to grid layouts, a spreadsheet layout defines a structural arrangement for your spreadsheet. Following are the four types of spreadsheet layouts:
-
Card layout
Card layout is a way of displaying spreadsheet data as cards as seen in e-commerce platforms.
-
Kanban layout
A Kanban layout refers to an organizational method where tasks or items are visualized on a board, usually with columns representing different stages of a process.
-
List layout
List layout is a way of displaying spreadsheet data in a vertical list format, where each item is presented one below the other.
-
Table layout
A table layout in a spreadsheet involves organizing data into rows and columns, with headers at the top.

Accessibility
Admins can add insert, update, read, remove or audit trail role based permissions in a spreadsheet.

Admins can restrict access to specific users, control read-only permissions, or allow users to bypass restrictions in a spreadsheet.
Forward candidates
Admins have the ability to permit the forwarding of a spreadsheet to a specific role or group of individuals.
