Actions

Actions are group-based interactive triggers that you can click to open a form, spreadsheet or report.

Types

• Report

  Report actions are used to access a report within an enterprise. It requires a form content layout.

• Row insert

  Row insert actions are used to add data inside a form which is a spreadsheet row. It requires a spreadsheet layout.

• Spreadsheet editor

  Spreadsheet editor actions are used to edit/add data into the entire spreadsheet.

• Audit trail spreadsheet

  Audit trail spreadsheet are used to review the audit or actions performed by members on the spreadsheet.

Details

Admins can edit the name, label, filter tags or description of the action.

Action

Admins can edit action properties.
